Treasury Services Officer
You will be responsible for providing ALCO support by developing, preparing and maintaining data for simulations, servicing valuation, investments, borrowings, liquidity schedules, deposit pricing and market rates. You will assist with payment execution for investments and transactions to fund acquisitions, share plan transactions and inter-company cash movements. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining data requests for Treasury Management products and services and testing new modules developed in the internal Financial Database system for data accuracy. In addition, this position is responsible for preparing reports resulting from reviews and perform any necessary follow up reporting on Treasury position with reference to investments, liquidity and funding. Requirements include a BA/BS Degree with 3 years of related experience. Prior work experience in a Management Information System, investment, lending or underwriting environment is essential. Operational and Quality experience in a financial institution preferred.
Member Experience Officer
Position will be responsible for growing branch revenue and profitability, while delivering a one-of-a kind experience to our members and community. This position will have a strong emphasis on developing new business, community outreach and building long-term relationships with members and community leaders. In addition, this position has specific accountability for assessing business and/or personal banking needs and providing appropriate and effective solutions. Requirements include a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years banking or retail sales experience with at least three years in a supervisory capacity. Previous sales coaching/sales management experience is essential. Prior experience in a business development capacity is highly desired.
Customer Service (Call Center Representatives)

Call Center Representatives provide our credit union members with prompt, accurate and courteous information via our inbound call center. Responsibilities include the utilization of specialized PC software, cross selling of financial products and services, and the delivery of the highest quality of member service.

Member Service Representatives are responsible for providing our members with the highest levels of quality and service. You will use your excellent communication skills and professionalism to become a valued member of our team. You will process a variety of credit union transactions for our members and identify their needs by cross-selling the appropriate product and/or service to meet their financial needs. Positions are currently available at our Bedminster location.
