The Affinity Scholarship program promotes scholastic excellence and continuing education. It offers both financial aid and merit-based awards to individuals based on overall academic achievement, community involvement, extracurricular activities, demonstrated leadership and an essay composition that best captures these qualities.
Eligibility
The program is offered to graduating high school seniors who are members of Affinity in good standing. Applicants must be entering their freshman year at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university. Affinity employees, board members, and volunteers, as well as their families are not eligible to apply. Scholarships are "one-time only" awards and payable for the 2008-2009 academic year.
