Affinity Investment Services, LLC [AIS] maintains a business continuity plan, including alternate processing facilities, to address interruptions to our normal course of business. These plans are reviewed annually and updated as necessary. Our plans outline the actions AIS will take in the event of a building, city-wide, or regional incident, including relocating technology and operational personnel to pre-assigned alternate regional facilities.

All Affinity Investment Services, LLC operational facilities are equipped for resumption of business and are tested throughout the year. Our recovery time objective for business resumption, including those involving a relocation of personnel and technology is eight (8) hours. The recovery objective may be negatively affected by the unavailability of external resources and circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a significant business interruption, access to your account will be readily available. The preferred way is to contact your Financial Advisor or AIS at 888-734-1300. If your advisor or AIS is unavailable for any reason, and your account is held directly at a mutual fund, annuity, or insurance company, please refer to your most recent statement for a contact number to access your account.
