Changing your: Ways to do so: Tips/Links
Address/Phone
Online. Just go to the Online Forms section of Home Banking.
Visit a Branch. Just bring valid ID with you.
Phone. Call our Member Service Center for instructions.
Mail. Include a copy of your valid ID.

Note: be sure to let us know if you have more than one account (such as dependents, etc.)

Need new checks? Call our Member Service Center and we'll take care of it for you.

Other places you'll need to change your address:

Name Bring official documentation of your name change (marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order), and valid ID to any Branch. Can't make it to a branch? Go ahead and fax your documentation and ID to 908-860-3883.

Other places you may need to change your name:

Email Within Home Banking, to go User Options, and select Email Address Note: if you are signed up to receive the Affinity Flash e-newsletter, be sure to re-subscribe with your new email address as well.
Adding/Deleting Joint Account holder

Visit a Branch
To add or delete a joint account holder, we will need both signatures. Call our Member Service Center or visit a Branch for assistance.

 

 

Valid ID:

  • Valid Driver's License with new address
  • Utility Bill with new address & Valid Driver's License
  • County Identification Card
  • Passport
  • Military Identification
  • College Identification (for Student Asset Management accounts only)
