Sign up for Online Deposit by Scan
Signing up for Online Deposit by Scan is easy! All you need is a checking account, a PC that meets the specific hardware and software requirements, and Online Banking. To sign up, just:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Choose the Payments & Online Deposits tab
- Select the "Click here to enroll" link for Online Deposit by Scan
1 All eligible members can deposit up to $3,000 per business day via Online Deposit by Scan. Higher deposit limits are available and subject to approval. Additional financial documentation may be requested to consider a higher deposit limit. Contact our Member Service Center at 800.325.0808 for more information.
2 Our policy is to make funds from your cash, check, and electronic direct deposits available to you on the same day we receive your deposit. At that time, you can withdraw the funds in cash and we will use the funds to pay checks that you have written. For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before closing or before 4:00pm ET for Online Deposit by Scan on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after closing or after 4:00pm ET for Online Deposit by Scan or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.
