The enhanced online statement platform will initially retain only the past 12 months of your statements. Please note though that while you will start out with 12 months of history, the online statement system will accumulate up to 18 months of history over time. Why does the page where I access my online statements look different?
We have updated it to be more user friendly and to be able to deliver more account information, including various notices, electronically and all in one convenient location.
I currently receive my member statement online but my credit card statement by mail (or vice versa). Will the new system change that?
No. The new system will not change how you currently receive your statements – whatever statements you currently receive online will continue to be online, and the statements you receive by mail will continue to be sent by mail. The new system will change only how you receive account notifications (such as certificate maturity notices).
Will I have the same statement archive history?
The new online statement system will initially retain the last 12 months of your history.
Please note though that while you will start out with 12 months of history, the online statement system will accumulate up to 18 months of history over time. (This means that within six months, or by February 2011, you will have 18 months of history)
