Online Statements is Now Online Documents
As part of Affinity’s commitment to providing our members with better services, we have enhanced your online statements service to include loan bills, account notices and general notices. This enhancement took effect on October 12, 2011.
What this Means
As of October 12, your loan bills and notices will no longer be mailed to you. Instead, these documents will be made available in the Online Documents system and you will receive an email notification whenever a new document is posted.
By providing these account-related documents online rather than by mail, we have made the process:- More secure: Your statements, bills and account related notices can’t get stolen or lost in the mail; they’re protected by a secure system online.
- Quicker: You even get them more quickly than the mail; we notify you via email the minute they are ready.
Below are some of the types of documents that will be available in the Online Documents system.

Please Note: If you currently receive your member statement online but your credit card statement by mail (or vice versa), this enhancement will not change that. The statements you currently receive online will continue to be posted online, and the statements you receive by mail will continue to be sent by mail. The new system will change only how you receive all other loan bills, account notices, and general notices.
In addition, if you receive Affinity mortgage statements, they will continue to be mailed to you.
Accessing your Statements, Loan Bills, and Notices
You can access all of your account related documents the same way as before. Just:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Go to the "Online Services" tab
- Click on the "View Documents" link.
For complete terms and conditions related to this change, please review the updated disclosure for Online Documents Service.
Remember, with this enhancement, you’ll receive an email alert every time a document is available online. You’ll have convenient access to all your documents online, anytime. And over time, you’ll accumulate up to a total of 24 months of your statements, loan bills and account related notices history for viewing online.
